For the remake of Aankhen, it was earlier said that Anil Kapoor will be seen in the film with Big B. After this, discussions about the film intensified and it was said that Saif Ali Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez have been cast in the film. Kartik Aaryan’s name also appeared in the film cast. It is now reported that the pair of Siddharth Malhotra with Amitabh Bachchan is going to be seen in the film.

A new update has surfaced regarding the film Aankhen 2. The makers have now approached Sidharth Malhotra to join this project. Amitabh Bachchan has already said yes to the project. It was told in the report that the story of Part 2 of the film will be completely new, but it will get thrills like the first part. In the film, Siddharth Malhotra will play the role of a blind man, it is being told that Amitabh Bachchan can be seen in a negative role.

After the release on the big screen in the year 2002, the film ‘Aankhen’ earned a lot of names. Seeing this name, its makers have decided that they will also make a sequel to this film. It was first announced in the year 2006. When the original film was being made, a lot of creative disputes arose during this time due to a lot of differences between its producer Gaurang Doshi and director Vipul Amritlal Shah. So when the sequel was discussed, Vipul withdrew his name from the film, while Gaurang handed over the responsibility of directing the film to actor Sachin Pilgaonkar.
