Dose OTT Release: Siju Wilson’s promising Malayalam movie Dose is now gearing up to entertain the fans on OTT screens. Helmed by Abhilahs R. Nair, the psychological thriller follows the life of a doctor who gets disturbed by the unexplained deaths occurring in the hospital where he works. Determined to find out the root cause behind the events, he launches a personal probe, digging deep into the case to unearth hidden realities and circumstances responsible for the fatalities.
When and where to watch Dose online on OTT?
Exploring themes of medical ethics, sacrifice, love, trust, justice, and corruption, Dose will become available for streaming online on Manorama Max, starting July 10, 2026. Besides, the film will also be rolled out on AP International, Lionsgate Play, and ManoramaMAX, offering viewers quality entertainment right from the comfort of their homes.
Dose’s Box Office Journey
Speaking of Dose’s theatrical journey, the movie hit the big screens earlier this year, on May 22, 2026. Unfortunatly, despite receiving rave reviews from the critics and niche audience, its performance in the theaters remained far below expectations.
Due to its minimal appeal, limited shows, weak promotion, and lack of any overseas traction, the film struggled to pull an audience throughout its theatrical run before ultimately concluding its Box office run with a lukewarm collection of Rs 20 Lakh. It will now be intresting to see if the flick manages to find an appropriate audience in the digital space.

Besides Siju Wilson, Dose also stars Jagadish, Ashwin Kkumar, Drishya Raghunath, Krisha Kurup, Rony David, Madhupal, Ridha S.V., and Krishna Shankar in key roles. Siju himself has bankrolled the film under the banner of Wilson Pictures.
