New Delhi, Finally actor Vivek Oberoi could understand that he indeed did something wrong and that he should apologise for the same. Vivek Oberoi’s limited sense of understanding could be understood and someone actually needed to stand up and tell the gentleman he should apologise.

And finally, he has also deleted the tweet.

Vivek Oberoi was unable to comprehend what this brouhaha was all about. He could not understand that he should not be piggybacking on the success and name of an actress, sharing her memes where she is shown in poor light with her alleged ex-beau and then with her hubby and her small daughter. The meme is now viral and it shows three of Aishwarya Rai’s photos which have been mashed up.

In the first one, she is seen with former beau Salman Khan and is captioned “Opinion Poll”. In the second she is with Oberoi himself which is captioned “Exit Poll”. and finally in the last photo, she is seen with husband Abhishek Bachchan and daughter. And one gets baffled when Vivek Oberoi, who plays PM Narendra Modi in a movie by the same name which releases this week, asks, “Tell me what wrong have I done? If I have done something wrong I will apologise.””I have no problem in apologising, but tell me what wrong have I done? If I have done something wrong I will apologise, I don’t think I have done anything wrong,” the actor addedVivek Oberoi does not stop just at this.

He went on to say that people are making a “huge issue out of it” further adding and said he just “laughed at the meme”. He also said he was “appreciating the person for the creativity”.”Those in the meme don’t have a problem, but everyone else has,” he claimed. Aishwarya Rai has not responded to the controversy yet.

Along with the National Commission for Women, the Maharashtra State Commission for Women also said they will issue a notice to the actor. Mr Oberoi had a message for them too.”I’d like to meet them, I’ll also like to explain myself because I don’t think I have done anything wrong,” he said.
