New Delhi: Vidyut Jammwal is one of the fittest actors of Bollywood whom many newbies look upto and want to emulate his fitness standards. Jammwal’s action sequences in high-voltage flicks leaves his fans enamored and super inspired. The actor is also a martial arts expert.

The actor often takes to his social media account to inspire and train people about the importance of staying fit and living a fulsome life. Recently, he took to Instagram and highlighted the need to talk about sexual health, something that we tend to ignore.

The actor was addressing the issue of Erectile Dysfunction in male human beings. Erectile dysfunction (ED), sometimes referred to as impotence, is a condition in which a man finds it difficult to get or keep a penile erection firm enough for sex.

The actor said that talking about sexual health more openly is necessary to eradicate the taboo surrounding it.

“It’s time we braved into the discussion about sexual health and Erectile Dysfunction. One in ten men can suffer from Erectile Dysfunction. Here’s KalariSutra, a set of 19 exercises which if practised daily will help in rejuvenating your blood flow and bring sexual energy back into the pelvic region,” Vidyut wrote in his post.

He also shared a set of workouts on his YouTube channel, showing how blood flow will improve in your pelvic region and bring back the sexual energy.

What is Erectile dysfunction?

Erectile dysfunction is the inability of male sexual organ to get erect and keep the erection firm enough for sex.
Having erection trouble from time to time isn’t necessarily a cause for concern. If erectile dysfunction is an ongoing issue, however, it can cause stress, affect your self-confidence.

Causes behind Erectile dysfunction are usually medical but can also be psychological. Organic causes are usually the result of an underlying medical condition affecting blood vessels or nerves supplying the penis.
