In the last 4 years, UP has emerged as the growth engine of the country: Yogi Adityanath

New Delhi: As the Yogi Adityanath led government completed four years today, the UP CM said in 2017, when we formed govt, there were many villages without roads, schools or any development works. In some tribal villages, people didn’t even have voting rights. We ensured that they were not deprived of any of the basic amenities & rights.

While addressing the press, he said that in the last 4 years, UP has emerged as the growth engine of the country. The government aims to make the state India’s biggest economy in terms of Gross State Domestic Product (GSDP).

Talking on Religious tourism, he said, UP is at the top spot. From Prayagraj Kumbh to construction of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya, we’ve successfully initiated various projects. The launch of Kashi Vishwanath corridor project has give a new identity to the state.

On fighting COVID-19 Pandemic, Yogi Adityanath said, earlier state’s health infrastructure was considered the weakest, but today our COVID management has been appreciated with the World Health Organisation also acknowledging our efforts.
