New Delhi, Vidya Balan once again is ready to show her strong character at the box office. Akshay Kumar will get the full support of five heroines in the film. In this story of India’s Mars Mission 2014, Vidya will be seen leading a team of space scientists.
According to some news report, producer R. Balki’s and Akshay Kumar needed four more actresses in the team along with Vidya Balan. Last week the team of heroines became final. Director Jagan Shakti who assisted R. Balki for a long time will be directing the film. It is said that Balki has kept the title of the film as ‘Mahila Mandal’.
According to reports, in this team of Mars mission, Tapsee Pannu, Sonakshi Sinha, Radhika Apte and Nithya Menon have been finalized with Vidya. It is said that after Vidya Balan, Tapsee has also said yes and hopefully, in the next few weeks, the other two heroines will also give their approval.
The film is based on true events, but the story is inspired by the Hollywood movie Hidden Figures of 2016. Hidden Figures was the true story of the American Space Agency NASA’s black female mathematician-scientists whose knowledge led America to put the then-Soviet Union behind in space race.
Similarly, in the Mangal Mission of India run by ISRO, female space scientists also had a large role. The film is based on the inspiring role of these women. It is worth mentioning that India is the fourth country in the world which managed to reach Mars but its biggest success was that it achieved this success in its first attempt. India is the first Asian country to reach Mars.
Vidya Balan will be seen leading the team of women scientists in this movie and Akshay Kumar will be playing a key role as a person helping this team.
