New Delhi: Recently a source confirmed that actress Sonakshi Sinha is going to get married to boyfriend Zaheer Iqbal on June 22. The source claimed, “Wedding rumors are all true. There will be a celebration on June 22 as well at their family home in Juhu. Only close friends and family are invited to this function. The wedding will take place on the morning of June 23 while the reception will take place at night.”
Shatrugharn Sinha on Sonakshi’s marriage reports
Meanwhile, Sonakshi’s father & veteran actor Shatrughan Sinha open bout the marriage reports. Speaking to Times Now, Shatrughan said that he had flown down to Delhi after the election results and hasn’t talked with anyone about the marriage yet. he also confirmed that Sonakshi has not told him about the same.
“Main bhi utna hi jaanta hun jitna maine media main pada hai ( Even I know I only what media do ),” he added. He continued saying that if Sonakshi let them know about the marriage, they as parents will never hesitate to bless the couple.
Additionally, the 77-year-old veteran actor mentioned that his daughter has the right to make her own decisions and he completely trusts her judgment. He also seemed excited while talking about Sonakshi’s marriage. He also stated that he would dance in front of the baarat on Sonakhsi’s wedding day.
“I am being asked by people close to me why I am not aware of this (the wedding), and the media is aware of it. All I can say is, aaj kal ke bachche consent nahin lete maa baap ke, sirf inform karte hain ( These days, children don’t care about their parents’ consent, they inform directly instead). We are waiting to be informed.” Sinha concluded.
