Kartik Aaryan and Anurag Basu set to begin filming Aashiqui 3 in 2024

New Delhi: Kartik Aaryan, the Bollywood sensation who is still riding high on the success of his latest film, “Satyaprem Ki Katha,” alongside Kiara Advani, is all geared up for his next big project. The much-anticipated “Aashiqui 3,” directed by the acclaimed filmmaker Anurag Basu, has been generating immense excitement among fans and cinephiles alike. Now, there’s a significant update on the film’s shooting schedule: it’s set to commence in January 2024.

As per a report by India Today, Bhushan Kumar, the head honcho of T-Series and one of the producers of “Aashiqui 3,” has confirmed this exciting news. He stated, “Hopefully, we will start Anurag Basu and Kartik Aaryan’s film by the end of January.” Furthermore, Kumar revealed that the music compositions for the film are already in progress, and pre-production activities are in full swing.

The official announcement for “Aashiqui 3” was made by Kartik Aaryan in September 2022. He took to social media, posting a video teaser with the caption, “Ab Tere Bin Ji Lenge Hum, Zeher Zindagi Ka Pi Lenge Hum #Aashiqui3, This one is going to be heart-wrenching !! My First with Basu Da.”

The anticipation for this project has been palpable ever since, with fans expressing their excitement on various social media platforms. The actor was recently spotted at Bhushan Kumar’s office alongside director Anurag Basu, further fueling the enthusiasm among fans.

A fan shared their excitement on social media, writing, “And the goosebumps, and crazeeee, this reveal teaser, served n owned, is the same, till dateeee. Zeher Zindagi Ka Pi Lenge Hum!!!!” Another fan tweeted, “Okay then… looks like #Aashiqui3 preps are in full swing and we should get something more from this project where @TheAaryanKartik will play the ULTIMATE LOVER BOY.”

Aside from “Aashiqui 3,” Kartik Aaryan has a packed schedule with several promising projects. He is currently engrossed in shooting for Kabir Khan’s sports drama, “Chandu Champion.” The actor recently returned from London after completing the first schedule of the film. Additionally, Kartik is also set to star in Hansal Mehta’s “Captain India.”
