Kashmir flavors comes alive at Paranda, Vivanta by Taj, Surajkund

New Delhi, The beautiful state of Kashmir is not only famous for its beauty and serenity but also offers authentic dishes too. Kashmiri food is mild in taste and rich in flavour with the high use of hot spices like cardamom, fennel, ginger, cinnamon, cloves and saffron. Influenced by Mughals, Kashmiri cuisine is predominantly non-vegetarian, with mutton, chicken or fish used as prime ingredients but there are a few delicacies for vegetarians too!

Paranda at Vivanta by Taj,Surajkund has come up with this very special food festival to let all the Kashmir food lovers experience the delicacies here in Faridabad instead of going to Kashmir. Infact Chef Sewa Singh has flown down all the way from Vivanta Srinagar to tantalize the taste buds with the mouth watering Kashmiri Cuisine.

“Kashmiri food in this part of the city has been losing its essence and we want to bring back its authenticity with this awesome fest so that many of the Kashmiri families and others can taste and enjoy the original Kashmiri flavours” , said Karan Abrol from the sales team.

Handcrafted menu prepared by the chef, featuring authentic delicacies such as Kokur Kanti, Nadru ke kebab, Gustaba Rista, Marchwangan Korma, Dum Aaloo, Nadru Yakhni will be the highlights of the festival which is happening from Monday 20th January till Wednesday 29th January 2020.
