On March 29, 2012, Raj Kundra tweeted asking as to why it was legal to pay someone for sex on camera, asking how prostitution was different from porn.<\/p>\n

\u201cBusinessman Raj Kundra has been arrested by the Crime Branch in a case relating to the creation of pornographic films and publishing them through some apps. He appears to be the key conspirator. We have sufficient evidence regarding this,\u201d Mumbai Police Commissioner Hemant Nagrale said. The case was registered with Crime Branch<\/p>\n
