{"id":5873,"date":"2021-01-16T08:59:30","date_gmt":"2021-01-16T08:59:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ncrfrontlinenews.com\/?p=5873"},"modified":"2021-01-16T08:59:30","modified_gmt":"2021-01-16T08:59:30","slug":"indigo-paints-to-launch-ipo-on-jan-20-price-band-set-at-rs-1488-1490","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ncrfrontlinenews.com\/?p=5873","title":{"rendered":"Indigo Paints to launch IPO on Jan 20, price band set at Rs 1,488 \u2013 1,490"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>New Delhi: Pune based, Indigo Paints Limited (the \u201cCompany\u201d), one of the fastest growing amongst the top five paint companies in India and fifth largest company in the Indian decorative paint industry in India in terms of its revenue from operations for FY20 (Source: F&#038;S Report), will open the Bid\/Offer period in relation to its initial public offering of Equity Shares (the \u201cOffer\u201d\/ \u201cIPO\u201d) on Wednesday, January 20, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>The Bid\/Offer period will close on Friday, January 22, 2021. The price band of the Offer has been fixed at Rs. 1,488 \u2013 Rs. 1,490 per Equity Share. The Company may, in consultation with the Book Running Lead Managers (the \u201cBRLMs\u201d), consider participation by Anchor Investors which shall be one Working Day prior to the Bid\/Offer Opening Date.<\/p>\n<p>The IPO comprises a fresh issuance of Equity Shares aggregating to Rs. 3,000 million by the Company (\u201cFresh Issue\u201d) and an offer for sale of up to 5,840,000 Equity Shares by Sequoia Capital India Investments IV and SCI Investments V (the \u201cInvestor Selling Shareholders\u201d), and the promoter selling shareholder, Hemant Jalan (the \u201cPromoter Selling Shareholder\u201d and together with the Investor Selling Shareholders, the \u201cSelling Shareholders\u201d and such offering of Equity Shares by the Selling Shareholders, the \u201cOffer for Sale\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>The Offer includes a reservation of up to 70,000 Equity Shares for subscription by Eligible Employees of the Company (the \u201cEmployee Reservation Portion\u201d). The Company and the Selling Shareholders in consultation with the BRLMs, are offering a discount of Rs. 148 per Equity Shareto the Offer Price to Eligible Employees bidding in the Employee Reservation Portion.<\/p>\n<p>The Offer less the Employee Reservation Portion is referred to as the \u201cNet Offer\u201d.
