New Delhi: Before the assembly elections are to be held in West Bengal in April-May, the top leadership of the BJP are going full tilt in their attempt to dislodge the ruling Trinamool Congress (TMC) led by Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.<\/p>\n
The BJP’s national president JP Nadda will visit West Bengal today. JP Nadda will be involved in several programs in Bardhaman district. The farmers’ movement is going on in Delhi, so the entire focus of this tour of JP Nadda will be on the farmers of West Bengal.<\/p>\n
JP Nadda will launch a rice campaign to connect farmers. In this campaign, farmers will be emotionally connected to the party by demanding a handful of rice from them. Apart from this, JP Nadda will also eat food at the house of a local farmer in Jagadanandpur village. <\/p>\n
BJP leaders will also conduct a road show and will also visit two temples of Katwa and Bardhaman. In the evening, JP Nadda will also hold a meeting with local BJP leaders.<\/p>\n

PM Modi said that 70 lakh farmers of West Bengal have been deprived of the Centre’s Krishi Samman Nidhi scheme. He blamed the Mamata Banerjee government for this.<\/p>\n
