Hailing from Haryana, the Indian Playback singer began singing when he was 4 years old. He used to accompany his father in his singing performances at wedding parties and events.<\/p>\n
Sonu Nigam received his training under the guidance of Indian Classical Singer Ustad Ghulam Mustafa Khan. He sang his first song for a film in 1996 \u2018Janam\u2019 but the film was never released. He also sang for a TV Show in DD1 called \u2018Talaash\u2019.<\/p>\n
